No Xbox 720 This Year
It would appear that many sites have been focusing on France recently, earlier I reported that information from France suggested that the PlayStation 4 will be the last to be announced compared to it's rivals. Now, information about the Xbox 720 comes from French. According to Lepoint.fr we will not see the next Xbox at any point this year, even at E3.
This news comes from a French Xbox 360 executive who goes by the name of Cedrick Delmas. Cedrick is claiming that the chances of Microsoft’s next generation console showing its face this year is extremely unlikely. This is more bad news on the next generation console front after a string of misleading rumours. We heard that the PlayStation 4 is being held until the PlayStation 3 has been drained and news on the Nintendo U front has slowed dramatically, now we have this.
It looks like a very distant light at the end of the tunnel at the moment, bad times.
