Dashboard Updates

Microsoft's system update to be released on 7/19/2011 for non jtag consoles. This update locks the SPI flash on the 9504/0272 drives and changes the AP25 challenges & DAE table from the 13146 dashboard.

NOTE: If you are updating from a pre-13146 dashboard, your drive will be reflashed. If your drive is flashed with an iXtreme firmware, you must flash to stock before you update. Afterwards, flash iXtreme LT+ v1.9 for your drive. Read more »

Microsoft's dashboard update that was released between 5/17/11 - 5/30/11. The following is changed in this update:

• Support for the new XGD3 disc format
• Paypal can now be used as a payment option
• Support for Avatar Kinect
• New Anti-Piracy measures implemented

NOTE: This update reflashes your DVD drive with a new stock firmware. It is recommended to retrieve your DVD key before updating. After updating to this dashboard, you will have to flash the LT+ v1.9 firmware (or later) in order for AP2.5 backups to work again. Read more »

Microsoft's last System Update to be released before the Kinect Dashboard. This dashboard restores the ability for banned consoles to uncripple the hard drive and USB drive support.

Installation:

1. Extract the contents of the .zip file to the root of your USB device.
2. Insert your USB device into your Xbox 360 and reboot the console.
3. Select Yes to the prompt and follow the on screen instructions.

Microsoft's 2.0.7371.0 (Fall 2008) System Update. This is the last dashboard that can make use of the JTAG exploit. To install, extract the contents of the .zip file to the root of a fat32 formatted USB drive, insert into your console and reboot it.

Installation:

1. Extract the contents of the .zip file to the root of your USB device.
2. Insert your USB device into your Xbox 360 and reboot the console.
3. Select Yes to the prompt and follow the on screen instructions.

Microsoft's latest system update to be released as of 4/18/2011 for non-jtag consoles. This dashboard activates AP2.5 in Halo Reach, Call of Duty Black Ops and Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2.
